These clusters are so adaptable, you can use whatever nuts and seeds you have in your pantry, so feel free to completely make it your own.
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 2 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
- 100g lindt orange dark chocolate (the raspberry and strawberry flavours will also work well here)
Preheat your oven to 150 degrees celsius and dry roast your cashews, seeds and coconut for 5 minutes.
Melt your chocolate with the coconut oil then add the roasted nuts and seeds and cranberries to the melted chocolate.
Divide into muffin liners and allow to set in the fridge for an hour.
Serve and enjoy.
